My aim is to offer a safe, supportive, non-judgemental, and confidential space for you to talk about your situation and to explore your options. I work in a way that values and respects all your experience, bringing heightened awareness and perhaps discovering new resources with which to tackle difficulties.
I offer professional counselling and wellbeing services from a private practice in Kent and online via Skype and Zoom. I also offer a telephone and e-mail service for flexibility of time and location, meaning we can work together wherever you are.
Wellbeing services include mindfulness 8-week programmes and 1:1 sessions, coaching and clinical supervision.
Counselling can help in a wide variety of ways, either in terms of pragmatically addressing a problem or just through the opportunity.

I am a qualified and highly experienced counsellor and clinical supervisor of over 25 years. I have worked within a variety of settings including The Voluntary sector, NHS, HMPS, Education, The Police Service and private practice.
I have been a senior tutor teaching counselling psychotherapy to year 2 and 3 students.

The fee is £60 per month or per session.
You are free to cancel at any time and are under no obligation to sign up for a longer commitment.
Payment is made via PayPal and an invoice will be issued at the beginning of each month.
Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be charged. Cancellations made after 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate.

You can write as many times as you like and I will log in once a week and reply to anything you have written.
